Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use daksor.lol ("Daksor Coaching", "Daksor", "we", "us"). By creating an account or booking a session you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Daksor is

Daksor Coaching is a platform where League of Legends players book paid one-on-one coaching with experienced players ("coaches"). We offer two services:

  • Live 1:1 coaching: a live session with your coach.
  • VOD review: your coach breaks down a recorded game with you.

Sessions take place on Discord, in a private text and voice channel created for you and your coach. The website handles everything around the session: finding a coach, booking, payment, reminders, messages, your coach's written report, homework and progress tracking.

Coaching is educational. We do not offer boosting, account sharing, duo-queue services or anything else that breaks Riot Games' rules. A coach will never ask for your password or play on your account.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account.
  • Give accurate information and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • One person per account. Accounts can't be sold or transferred.
  • Before you can book, you link and verify your League of Legends account (by temporarily setting a profile icon we choose) and link your Discord account. Your coach uses these to prepare for your session and to meet you.
  • You can download your data or delete your account at any time from Account → Security (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Booking a session

  1. You choose a coach, a service, a duration and a time slot shown as available.
  2. The slot is held for 15 minutes while you choose how to pay. If you don't complete payment in time, the slot is released.
  3. PayPal (EUR): your booking is confirmed as soon as PayPal confirms the payment.
  4. Bank transfer (MAD): you transfer the exact amount with the reference shown at checkout and upload proof of the transfer within 24 hours. Your booking is confirmed once we've verified the transfer. If no valid proof arrives in time, the booking is cancelled and the slot released.
  5. Once confirmed, you get your coach's Discord contact, a private session channel on the Daksor Discord server, and reminders before the session.

Times are shown in your time zone. Please be on Discord and ready at the start time.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are set per currency (EUR for PayPal, MAD for bank transfer) and shown before you pay. We don't add conversion fees. Your bank or PayPal may charge their own fees.
  • Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details or bank login.
  • Bank transfer details are shown at checkout. Transfers must come from an account you're allowed to use.
  • Payment confirms a contract for the specific session you booked.

5. Cancelling, rescheduling and refunds

Cancellations, reschedules, no-shows and refunds follow our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Coaches

Coaches are experienced players who teach their role. Their profiles show their background, ranks and services in good faith, and we check credentials we can verify (for example ranks through Riot's API). Coaches are independent: their advice is their own professional opinion. Results depend on your practice, so we can't guarantee any rank, LP or win-rate outcome.

7. How you must behave

When using the site, the Discord server or a session, you must not:

  • harass, insult, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
  • share another person's private information, or record a session without everyone's consent;
  • ask a coach to play on your account, boost you or break Riot's Terms of Service;
  • try to arrange or pay for sessions outside the platform with a coach you met here;
  • upload unlawful content or malicious files, or try to break, overload or misuse the site;
  • leave fake or misleading reviews.

We may remove content, cancel bookings or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where a coach can't hold a session because of a player's behaviour, the Cancellation Policy's no-show rules apply.

8. Reviews and content you post

After a completed session you can leave a review. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may moderate or remove reviews that break these terms. You keep ownership of what you post (messages, goals, VOD links, reviews), but you allow us to store and display it as needed to run the service, and to show your review (with your display name) on the coach's public profile.

9. Riot Games

Daksor Coaching isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. We use the Riot Games API to verify account ownership and to show your rank and recent ranked games to you and your coaches.

10. Availability of the service

We work to keep the site and the Discord server available, but we can't promise they'll always be uninterrupted or error-free. If a technical problem on our side prevents a confirmed session from happening, we'll reschedule it or refund you in full.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses (such as lost games, LP or ranks), and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

12. Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other users at risk. Confirmed sessions affected by a suspension that isn't caused by your own breach are refunded.

13. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when we add services or the law changes. We'll show the date of the latest version at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or on the site. Bookings already confirmed keep the terms that applied when you booked.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly that way.
