Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Daksor Coaching (daksor.lol, "we") collects, why, who it's shared with and what control you have. We collect only what we need to run coaching sessions well.

1. What we collect
Account
- Name or display name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash, never readable), time zone, preferred currency.
- Your role on the platform (player, coach) and whether your email is verified.
League of Legends account (when you link one)
- Riot ID, server/region and your Riot account identifier (PUUID).
- Your Solo/Duo rank, and your recent ranked Solo/Duo games (champion, KDA, CS, damage, vision, items, runes, build and skill order, lane opponent), fetched from the Riot Games API.
Discord account (when you link one)
- Your Discord user ID and username. We don't read your messages, servers or friends list.
Coaching
- Your goals, the VOD links you share, your bookings, and messages with your coach.
- Your coach's session reports, notes, homework and progress entries about you.
- Reviews you write.
Payments
- Amount, currency, method, booking reference and the payment's status.
- For PayPal: PayPal's transaction identifiers. We never receive your card number or PayPal password.
- For bank transfers: the proof of transfer you upload.
Technical
- IP address and browser information (for security, rate limiting and preventing fraud), and records of important account actions such as sign-ins, payments and refunds.

2. Why we use it

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
3. Who can see your data
- Your coaches see your display name, Discord username, goals, verified League account, rank and match history, and your session history with them, only once you have a booking with them.
- Our admin team can see account, booking and payment information to run the service, verify transfers and handle refunds or support requests.
- Other users see only what you publish: for example your display name on a review.
- Service providers that run parts of the platform for us (processors). They may only use your data to provide their service:

Some of these providers are outside your country. Where data leaves Morocco or the European Economic Area, we rely on the provider's legal safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
- Account and coaching data: while your account is open.
- When you delete your account, we erase or anonymise your personal data straight away: name, email, Discord link, goals, League accounts, message text and review comments. Booking, payment and refund records are kept without your identity for as long as accounting law requires.
- Security logs (rate-limit records, expired sessions) are deleted automatically after a short time. Delivery logs for emails and notifications are deleted after 90 days.
- Ranked games we store are limited to your most recent 50 per account.
5. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access and download your data: Account → Security → Download my data.
- Correct your data in your settings, or ask us to.
- Delete your account: Account → Security → Delete my account (players). Coaches and admins: contact us.
- Unlink your Discord or League account from your settings.
- Object to or ask us to restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent for optional notifications.
Email support@daksor.lol for anything you can't do yourself. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data-protection authority. In Morocco that's the CNDP; in the EU, the authority of the country where you live.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), payment details are handled by PayPal, uploaded files are private, and admin accounts are protected with two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
7. Cookies
We use only cookies needed for the site to work:
- a session cookie that keeps you signed in;
- a currency cookie that remembers whether you view prices in EUR or MAD.
We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. PayPal sets its own cookies when you pay with PayPal.
8. Age
The service is for people aged 18 or older, or younger players with a parent's or guardian's consent. If you believe a child has given us data without that consent, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes
We'll update this policy when our practices change, change the date at the top, and tell you about significant changes by email or on the site.
