Accepted Answer

Live coaching is an interactive session built around your gameplay and questions. A VOD review is a detailed breakdown of one of your recorded games.

Accepted Answer

PayPal (charged in EUR) and bank transfer (in MAD). Bank transfers are confirmed manually once we've verified your payment proof.

Instant transfers are usually verified within a few hours. Standard transfers can take up to 48 hours to arrive, so they're only available for sessions booked further in advance.

Yes — see our cancellation policy for the exact notice periods. You can manage your bookings from your dashboard.
